Why Content-Heavy Websites Should Ship Less JavaScript

Content-heavy websites do not need to behave like full applications. When the goal is to publish, organize, and deliver useful content, shipping less JavaScript can make pages faster, more resilient, easier to crawl, and better for users. The key is using JavaScript intentionally instead of making it the default foundation.
